A retired Colonel of the Indian Army, Sumandeep Singh Phogat has always had a profound love for the mountains. His years of service took him to various terrains, but the Kumaon Himalayas captured his heart. After retiring, he chose Mukteshwar to settle and share his love for the outdoors by opening Colonel’s Retreat. His military precision and dedication ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Savita is not only an educator but also a marathoner and a finalist in Mrs. India Worldwide 2019, held in Greece. Her dynamic personality and dedication to fitness and education add a unique charm to the retreat. She complements her husband’s passion for the mountains with her nurturing nature, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cherished.
